Golden Point SnP300
Built and designed by Rex Fraser in 1960, this location is an untouched example of mid Century architecture. Creatives are able to step back in time to a 1960’s period house with views across Ballarat through picture windows. Exposed brick and the extensive use of natural wood maintain a mid-century atmosphere, enhanced by period furnishings and gleaming softwood floors. This location is a time capsule of mid-Century architecture offering spaces for filming, photoshoots and events. The furniture, bar and a few pieces, are original 1960’s. The art on the walls are part of a vintage poster collection.
